We stayed our first night we were picking up our son’s truck that had a new engine put in it after it blew up while he was in Georgia working for his company. Unfortunately there was an unexpected problem with the engine. I called the hotel explained that we would need to stay another night due to it being too late to start our trip back to Owensboro Kentucky. Rhonda at the front desk was super kind and canceled our check out and put us in the same room on the first floor since I am disabled and use a cane to get around. Our experience was wonderful, and Rhonda was super kind and helpful. Thanks again for all the kindness it’s really great when you are so far from home.

Good location for the purpose of my travel. Room keys did not work for the duration of my stay, the staff (who had to let me in my room each time I returned) were friendly and helpful. Room smelled bad, not overpowering but strong, air freshener helped a little but the smell lingered. Phone in room didn’t work, front desk staff could hear me but I could not hear them.

The staff was amazing and friendly, the room was amazing our room over looked the pool area which was amazing the water was perfect and the pool was actually deep, the gym was clean and everything was working and great. The breakfast was good and fresh with plenty of options. I highly recommend staying, comfortable beds, clean rooms, wonderful staff and extremely close to amazing places to eat, coffee shop, gas stations, and Walmart.

We stopped in late night as we ere passing through the area. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. They were doing some remodeling so I didn’t have high hopes on what it was going to be like but several other hotels on that exit were booked solid. We got into the room and we’re pleased to find everything was very clean and fresh. The bed may have been the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! No kidding, and I love my own bed, but nothing hurt in the morning when I woke up!! It was a great experience. We appreciated the nice accommodations and hospitality.

Had a work site in this area and was pleased to find this hotel online. It is the older style quality inn where you enter from the outside and I’ve seen some like this be very aged and therefore was skeptical. My room was clean, A/C worked, hot water and water pressure were good, wifi worked. This place is nothing fancy, but my room was clean and not run down. To summarize it’s nothing to brag about but worth the money. I would stay here again.

Very pleased. 5 star considering atmosphere price location maintenance and staff. We will be back. Very well maintained grounds in a newer area of Eastman. Somebody was always outside just keeping an eye on things. Stayed 2 nights with 2 grand kids. Despite being fully booked I could not hear anything through the walls and I hope nobody heard the boys. The room was perfectly maintained. Rooms get damaged. Obviously the maintenance staff here takes pride in their work. May 2021 is the tail end of Covid and the pool is still closed. The boys were crushed. The rooms were standard size for 2 twin beds but felt really tight with 4 people. So next time we'll ask for double queen beds. The great water pressure and the immediate hot water was awesome. Close to many fast food places and a Walmart.
